When utilizing The Maylon House to host your special affair, we are pleased to offer top of the line cuisine with a variety of unique menus to meet the needs of your special event, from weddings and showers to formal and informal business meetings, let our very own, in-house Executive Chef, Patrick Revel, tempt you with one of this scrumptious dishes. Patrick born and raised in Macon, France, did his culinary training in Lyon, France, and boasts over 20 years experience in the restaurant and catering service. After being served by Chef Patrick, your guests will leave happily satisfied and full.
